Abbiamo dimenticato
anche la natura
dagli occhi grandi
mentre cercavamo soli
facendo incetta di ogni miseria.

Ormai è immobile e colmo
anche il desiderio di sapere
– di sapere cosa salvare –
dove davvero non conta
ciò che non conta.

Cosa ci attende ora
in questo fermo incavo di terra promessa
è la sola natura dagli occhi grandi.
